Dr. Tsai is a Sacramento native and graduate of John F. Kennedy High School. He earned both his B.S. and D.D.S. degrees from the University of California, Los Angeles. He completed two years of advanced clinical training at the Sepulveda Veterans Ambulatory Care Center in Northridge, California, followed by two years in private practice as a general dentist.
He then completed a 27-month postgraduate residency in endodontics at Loma Linda University, where he received his specialty certificate and Master of Science in Dentistry. After his training, he returned to Sacramento with his family.
Dr. Tsai seeks to educate patients on their particular endodontic condition and present relevant and reasonable options so that patients can make informed decisions on their treatment.
He maintains an ongoing commitment to continuing education, clinical best practices, and the appropriate use of modern technology to support quality care. Outside of practice, he and his wife prefer an uneventful, slow-paced existence at home with their two children.
